All orders above Rs. 500 qualify for free delivery! Anything under Rs. 500 will be charged Rs. 70 delivery fee.
Track Your Order
All orders can be tracked via http://www.delhivery.com by entering your order number under 'Track your order'.
Discretion and secrecy are our core principles and therefore we want to provide you with the ability to keep your order as secret as possible. Our self-pick up service allows you to pick up your order at one of our courier offices which are listed below, where you can simply provide your order number and receive your package.
Cancellation by Its-Secret.com: There may be instances whereby we are unable to process or deliver your order and as a result must cancel your order, and Its-Secret.com reserve the right (at our sole discretion) to cancel or refuse an order for any reason. These reasons may include limitations on quantities available for purchase, inaccuracies or errors in product, pricing and stock information, or problems identified by our credit and fraud avoidance department. If your order is cancelled after your credit card has been charged, the said amount will be reversed back in your Card Account.
Cancellation by the Customer: Requests to cancel orders will be accepted and a full refund provided only if the order has yet to be shipped. If your order has been shipped then you may be able to return your order if in accordance with our Returns Policy, however you cannot cancel your order once shipped.
Refund / Product Replacement Policy
Refunds and exchanges will be assessed and granted on a case by case basis, however the following general conditions apply:
If we are unable to replace your product then we will provide you with a full refund including shipping charges.
If the product you have received does not match the product on your order invoice, or if the product you have ordered is defective, then you will have 7 days to return the product in its original packaging along with the original invoice in exchange for a replacement product.
We will not accept refunds or exchanges if the product is not to your liking.
